Peta Whyte is the managing director of Supreme Settlements, formerly Iolanda Raffa. Peta has practiced law for over 25 years.
Peta provides legal advice to clients particularly in the areas of complex bank transaction, lending, finance, commercial leasing, property, sale agreements, development agreements, shareholders agreements and estate planning. Peta also takes a “hands on” role in overseeing the conveyancing practice area of the firm. CWS Lawyers act for a number of Perth’s leading developers of land and off the plan apartments as well as undertaking commercial, business, farming and residential sale settlements.
Peta is a member of the Law Society Property Committee and has an extensive knowledge of property matters in Western Australia.
Peta is also a member of the Joint Form of General Conditions Committee for the Law Society and is the Law Society representative in the Office of State Revenue Liaison Committee.
Patrick Whyte is a director of CWS Lawyers.

Jo is the newest member of our team and brings with her a wealth of conveyancing and banking experience. Jo began her career in the conveyancing industry in 1993 at a law firm in the Perth CBD. In this role, she was responsible for conducting all aspects of residential and commercial transactions. Jo also spent time in the Banking and Finance division handling mortgage preparation and the settlement of bank transactions. With her banking knowledge and 16 years of conveyancing experience, Jo is persistent in overcoming any hurdles relating to any given settlement. In 2007 Jo was nominated for the Dorothy Peacock Award, which recognises individuals in the conveyancing industry who have made a significant contribution to their profession and industry. With her broad knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing industry Jo is a valued addition to the team.
